My phone displays press superkey to send pin?
Your phone is looking for its extension number. Enter in your extension number to connect to the system. If this does not solve the problem please put in a trouble ticket and an engineer will help you promply.

My phone shows an IP address, reboots and then shows the IP address again?
Your phone is trying to connect to our system and is unable.
1. Check one of your PC's to see if you have internet access.
a. If you do not have internet access, reboot your DSL modem and router. If that does not solve the problem call your Internet service provider.
b. If you do have internet access open a trouble ticket with Convergence.

We are experience voice quality and reliability issues. Is there anything we can do?
When your system was installed Convergence or our autorized partners installed a Managed router and Switch with QOS. If you did not purchase these it is highly recommeded to install this equipment to ensure voice quality. If you have these devices and you are still experiencing issues then there is a good chance you are experiencing Internet quality issues, open up a troube ticket with Convergecne so we run diagnostic test on your circuit.
